Snack sized and full of goodness! These mini peppers are great for parties, appetizers, or as a side. Simple and easy to make, these will definitely be requested by your guests!
8 oz. of cream cheese
4 strips of Carolina Pride bacon crumbled up
¼ cup of cheddar cheese
3 stems of Parade Green Onion chopped
1 clove of Kettle River Giant Garlic diced
½ cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese (for topping)
Mix together cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onion, diced garlic, and ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Pre-heat oven to 350 and fill the peppers with the mixture. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top of peppers and place into the oven for 10-12 minutes. Eat these peppers hot/warm so you get the full effect! Can be heated up in a toaster oven when…we mean…IF you have leftovers!
