Park’s Cheesy Mini Peppers

Snack sized and full of goodness! These mini peppers are great for parties, appetizers, or as a side. Simple and easy to make, these will definitely be requested by your guests!


3 Sweet Sunset Hybrid Peppers

4 Park’s Whopper Jalapeno Peppers

8 oz. of cream cheese

4 strips of Carolina Pride bacon crumbled up

¼ cup of cheddar cheese

3 stems of Parade Green Onion chopped

1 clove of Kettle River Giant Garlic diced

½ cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese (for topping)



Cut peppers in half to and clean out seeds. Cook Carolina Pride bacon until crispy and brown! Chop up green onion and garlic.

Mix together cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onion, diced garlic, and ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Pre-heat oven to 350 and fill the peppers with the mixture. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top of peppers and place into the oven for 10-12 minutes. Eat these peppers hot/warm so you get the full effect! Can be heated up in a toaster oven when…we mean…IF you have leftovers!
