Rach’s Hot Salsa Recipe

Harvest season means an abundance of extra veggies just waiting to be used! This hot and spicy salsa recipe will have your mouth watering and your guests happy!


50 Yellow Pear Tomatoes

10 Bird Peppers

2 Jalapeno Peppers

6 Chili Pie Hybrid Bell Peppers

10 Thai Hot Peppers

4 Sweetie Pie Hybrid Bell Peppers

½ Lime juiced



Cut off the tops of the peppers and take out seeds. Put peppers in a blender with the lime juice and continue until desired consistency. Some peppers may be swapped out for other peppers to add or take away spice. Finish off with a bowl and a side of chips or store away in a jar!
